Reflections

My mother placed me in an educational institution when I was five, and I remained in one ever since! However, much learning is available away from organised set-ups. Sharing experiences is a wonderful human activity.

Greetings.

In some parts of the world this time of the year is termed as the festive season. It commemorates world events that left an indelible mark on history and cultures. But different cultures may have different benchmarks to mark their festive season.

This is a very positive and heart warming feature. Many people wrack their brains to discover good enough reasons to celebrate. There are more than enough readily available.

We celebrate engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, festas, festivites and so many other worthwhile occasions. Probably, three hundred and sixty-five days in a year, plus one in a leap, do not give enough time space for all the world's festive seasons to be held separately.

But many, if not all, would like to participate in all the world's festivites, if not physically, at least in spirit. In so doing, all frontiers that divide nations will be eventually demolished.

The world as we know it to-day will become one universal playground for all "humbeis" (see elsewhere in my blog for meaning) to progress, love and prosper in peace and tranquility.

Greetings to all now and always. There are festive seasons all through the coming sunsrises and sunsets.
